Quality you can count on at 8 pm on a Saturday
Every channel is delivered from Canadian-optimised servers with adaptive streaming. Where a broadcaster provides 4K, you get 4K; most of the lineup is 1080p or 720p HD, and a handful of niche international channels are SD because that is how they are produced. If your connection dips during a busy evening, the stream steps down a notch for a few seconds rather than freezing, then climbs back.

Is there a TV guide (EPG)?

Every channel carries an electronic program guide showing what is on now and next, set to your local time zone, so a 7:00 pm puck drop reads 7:00 pm whether you are in Halifax, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary or Vancouver. Many channels also offer catch-up so you can go back over recent programming.
What international channels do you carry?
